I take a unique appraoch to guiding buyers through the process. My Real Estate business has been built largely from referrals. This is accomplished by being able to point out downsides on the re-sale side of homes. Some buyers are not able to see what could be an issue for them when they decide to sell or what questions that need to be asked. Buying the right house goes far beyond making certain roofs are not leaking and basement walls are secure.
In addition, I am able to educate listing agents on what they need to make their sellers aware of in order to negotiate at a great price that will be easy to sell down the line!
Many Realtors have complex ways of evaluating a list price for your home or investment property. I take a very traditional approach in finding an accurate sale price for your property. In addition to this, I make suggestions on things around the home to increase its marketability. Bio: I have been a licensed Realtor for 17 years. I began my career at Shorewest while achieving sales of Fifty Million Dollars. I left the sales side of the business to form East Town Management along with staging and coordinating updates on various types of properties.
